Micci’s Biccies is a Birmingham-based cookie brand obsessed with making ridiculously good cookies.
We specialise in handcrafted, small-batch cookies with bold, creative flavours designed to be remembered. The kind of cookies that make people stop mid-bite and say:
“Corrr… that’s good.”
Every cookie is baked with care, packed with flavour, and designed to feel a little bit indulgent.
Our Story
Micci’s Biccies started long before the business itself existed.
Our love for baking began in Micci's Nan’s kitchen, where she first introduced her to the magic of turning simple ingredients into something special. What started as something fun quickly became a genuine passion.
Over the years that passion followed Micci everywhere — from moving to Birmingham for university, to travelling across Europe, to working in several bakeries across the West Midlands.
Then, in 2020, the world slowed down.
Like many people, she was looking for ways to stay connected with friends and family. Micci started posting boxes of homemade cookies to them — small treats that helped us stay in touch during a strange time.
Somewhere along the way, someone jokingly suggested the name Micci’s Biccies.
The name stuck.
And just like that, the brand was born.

For customers with dietary needs, vegan and gluten-free batches are scheduled separately wherever possible to help reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
