2. Orders

2.1 Placing an Order

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • All information provided is accurate and complete.

  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

2.2 Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if:

  • Payment is not authorised

  • An item is unavailable

  • There is an error in pricing or product description

If cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

3. Products

3.1 Handmade Nature

All products are handmade. As such:

  • Appearance may vary slightly from images.

  • Sizes and decoration may have minor variations.

3.2 Allergens

Our products may contain or come into contact with:

Milk, eggs, wheat (gluten), nuts, peanuts, soy, and other allergens.

While we take care to reduce cross-contamination, we operate in an environment that handles multiple allergens and therefore cannot guarantee allergen-free products. For gluten-free products, we take every step to ensure that production scheduling is employed to reduce any cross-contamination.

Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies before placing an order.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£).

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed (e.g., corporate bookings).

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery

  • We use next day courier services. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.  

  • Once items are dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, we do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund (at our discretion)

7. Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice may receive a full refund.

  • Orders cancelled within 48 hours of dispatch may not be refundable.

  • Custom or corporate orders may require a non-refundable deposit.

8. Corporate & Event Orders

For large, bespoke, or corporate bookings:

  • A deposit may be required to secure your date.

  • Final balances must be paid by the agreed deadline.

  • Specific terms will be outlined in your invoice or agreement.

9. Storage & Consumption

Our cookies and baked goods are best consumed within 5 days of reciept.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Storing products in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.

  • Following any care instructions provided.

We are not liable for issues arising from improper storage.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, branding, logos, and product descriptions — remains the property of Micci’s Biccies.

You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
